Few years ago, my husband and I fell in love with Mexico city. We haven't had time to revisit since we were in Korea last few years. Finally! we revisited Mexico city and Oaxaca.
We love to visit Mexico city during Christmas time since the air pollution is lighter: people leave the city for their hometown and visiting their families in country sides. Finally, the first time ever my brother and sister in law visited us in Ithaca. My brother can only take 10 days off so it was barely enough time for all the places that we'd like to go and see but it was a great 10 days!

Food! in Korea
Continue with my first Korean Food blog I, Daejeon is 5th largest city in Korea and there is nothing to do, hahaha :). But! it's true. That's why Daejeon has one of the lowest crime and natural disaster rate in Korea. In this blog, I'd like to talk about Daejeon and my lunch food and the food from my trip to Seoul, Sokcho and Jeju Island.

Food! in Korea
The real biggest reason why I went back to Korea for 2 years was FOOD. I've been watching Korean food shows;삼대천왕, 맛있는 녀석들 and Mukbang (My favorite Mukbang-er is 밴쯔 (Bentz?) who also lives in Daejeon) on Youtube for years while drooling furiously. When I got the opportunity from Woosong University, I was so happy to be back and ate all the Korean food that I've been dreamingKeewi Hallerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17486790583559708154noreply@blogger.com0Daejeon, South Korea36.3504119 127.3845475000000535.941125899999996 126.73910050000005 36.7596979 128.02999450000004tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1829697060322405295.post-15025293898195398482018-08-21T02:24:00.000+02:002018-08-21T04:34:33.624+02:00Beautiful Temples in Korea

Winter in Korea is cold! Air quality for the most countries around China is pretty bad especially during winter so we decided to go to Hawaii. 2 Weeks in Hawaii was plenty: went to 3 islands (longer in Kauai and Big Island) and we were a little tired in the end. Last December, my uncle and aunt who live in Daejeon took us for a nice day trip to a beautiful restaurant and a famous temple. We don't have a car (Yet! after this trip, we decided to buy a car :P) so we've been to places where we can get to by KTX, bus and taxi. My uncle and aunt've lived in Daejeon over 20 years so they wanted to show us around.

After hiking around Bouillouses, we drove toward to our next stop, Foix! The driving was really great. We enjoyed all the beautiful Pyrénées and somehow ended up checking Andorra. We didn't have time to drive little further as everybody recommended but just saw the ugly shopping mall with tons of cigarette signs and turned around :)

That's it! It's not an exciting town or anything, it's just the end of the tram line. Unless you live in there, you don't have any reason to go there. But yesterday I went to the festival in that town and I loved it! What we've eaten in France! 우리가 지금까지 먹은 프랑스 음식들!I just finished a internship at a restaurant, Le Jardin des Sens. It was a great experience at a real French kitchen. Inspired by all the experience, I just gathered all the food photos that I've taken in France since last October. We've eaten a lot for sure :) Enjoy!

Gorges de la Carança & Lacs des Bouillouses
My husband and I've been traveling so much that I didn't have time to post for a while! Finally here I am! Our last summer destination in France, Pyrénées~! While most of French people go to the beaches in South France, we chose Pyrénées and Cévennes national park. We wish we had more time; there are so many hiking trails that we'd love to try but didn't have enough time.Keewi Hallerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17486790583559708154noreply@blogger.com0Olette, France42.555543 2.271119900000030642.4620275 2.1097584000000307 42.6490585 2.4324814000000305
